Los Angeles, CA – The wait is over. The International Secret Agents Concerts (ISA), presented by JCPenney, are back again, and 2010 aims to be ISA’s biggest year yet with concerts slated for both coasts in New York and Los Angeles.
Hip Hop sensation Far*East Movement (FM) and Wong Fu Productions, along with channel MTV Iggy and non-profit agency 4C The Power will dominate Los Angeles and New York with a stellar line up of industry-buzzing talent. Working with JCPenney again has allowed for expansions of the concert, bringing more to the fans.
In addition to sponsoring the concert, JCPenney and ISA are giving fans a unique chance again to become an overnight star through the JCPenney Back to School Breakout Performer contest. The winners, chosen by popular vote by the public and then judged by ISA judges, will have a chance to perform their talent live at the Los Angeles and New York ISA concerts. Fans also had the opportunity to style their favorite ISA artist with the newest trends from JCPenney’s back-to-school lines. Visit www.jcpvote.com to see who is in the running to be the next JCPenney Back to School Breakout Performer and to see how fans applied their own style to the artists.
Fresh off their Japan tour with Lady Gaga, FM is jumping right back in to deliver another amazing ISA concert for the fans in both New York and in Los Angeles. Their single, “Like a G6,” is currently burning up dance floors and the radio as this year’s summer anthem, making an FM concert appearance one of the hottest tickets for fans. FM members Kevin “Kev Nish” Nishimura, James “Prohgress” Roh, Jae “J-Splif” Choung and Virman “DJ Virman” Coquia hope to bring that energy into the ISA concerts while introducing fellow artists to a wider audience.
“The internet is how we were are able to reach our fans on a global scale,” said Wong Fu Productions member Philip Wang. “With the ISA concerts, our fans get to meet us and the artists that we work with on a more personal local level. And to have ISA in both LA and New York is going to be amazing. The last 3 sold-out shows were all in California and fans were asking us to bring ISA to the east coast. That’s why we decided to bring it to New York City – because the fans demanded it.”
ISA is the chance for fans to see live performances from their favorite artists. Most of these artists are only seen online. Through the International Secret Agents 2010 Concerts, presented by JCPenney, fans will be able to see their favorite artists perform live.
