AA Writers Workshop Event

Funny comedian/talented singer, Jen Kwok is hosting an Asian American Writers Workshop in the wonderful city of New York and I’m going to try my darn hardest to make it to this event. The goal is “host a broad range of writers from the Asian American community: novelists, comedians, playwrights, poets, songwriters, etc. etc. The Workshop has held open mics in the past with over 100+ people in the audience – in addition to the artists performing new work!” Sounds like an event in which all upcoming Asian American talents should be attending! The event kicks off Feburary 12th in honor of Lunar New Year and Valentine’s Day!
